Souillac, a medieval town on the Dordogne, lies just  off the N20 between the porcelain town of Limoges and the wine district around Cahors, within  easy reach of a number of airports. Our holiday home, sleeping eight with one bathroom and one shower room, is situated seven kilometres from the town itself on an 18-hole golf course. The Souillac Golf and Country Club offers its visitors a perfect balance between independence and support. You can have a self-catering holiday or enjoy the restaurant at the Country Club or a combination of convenience and first class French cuisine. The country club have high-chairs and cots for rent. The club has a main heated swimming pool, children's play area, football goals, grassed play area, tennis courts and a driving range. All this within three to four minutes walk from our  house. We also have, within 100 yards, our community pool.

The house gives you every opportunity to relax and is a good vantage point for exploring the surrounding country side  in the summer as well as in the winter. Our house is ideal for one family or two families sharing. The house comprises of four double bedrooms, one bathroom and a shower room, a lounge and dining area all on two floors. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, gas hob and electric oven with plenty of utensils including a Kenwood chef. There is also a washing machine. The winter visitor can enjoy a wood burning stove if the weather should turn chilly. The dining room opens onto a small patio and grassed, secluded garden with garden furniture where one can eat or relax outside.

For those who want to keep in touch with the outside world, sky-television is available in several languages and also BBC1 You also have the opportunity to watch DVDs and listen to Cds. But above all you are surrounded by exciting and dramatic surroundings with all home comforts. Sheets and towels are provided and you can also enjoy house keeping services as an extra.

The house is available for rent all year round.
